Mainly engaged in clinical and basic research on hereditary skin diseases and allergic skin diseases. Discovered 6 new genetic skin disease-causing genes, and named a new disease - CAOP syndrome. Undertaken 16 scientific research projects including 4 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects. He has published more than 100 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author, including EMBO molecular medicine, American Journal of Human Genetic, Advanced Drug Delivery Reviews and Journal of Investigative Dermatology and other mainstream journals in the field of genetic diseases and dermatology. Participated in the compilation of 6 monographs including "Dermatology and Venereology" (Teacher's Edition) and "Rare Diseases".
